Who we are

This website is operated by iSolutions Ltd, an independent engineering and advisory practice based in Guernsey, Channel Islands. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at heat@is-europe.com.

What we collect

This is a simple informational website. We do not run user accounts, and we do not track visitors. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us:

• If you use the contact form, the name, email address, any company name, and the message you provide.
• If you email us directly, whatever your message contains.

How we use it

We use the information you send solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry on any resulting correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Who helps us process it

Two service providers handle data on our behalf, only so that your message reaches us:

• Web3Forms receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Our email is hosted by Hostinger, where enquiries are delivered and stored.

These providers process the data to deliver the message and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for detail.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, you have rights over your personal data, including to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, email heat@is-europe.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) in Guernsey.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
